Course Review Form
Here is a brief description of how we review our courses. The courses are
reviewed on five areas which are given marks out of 10, these are added
up and diveded by 5 to give the course an overall score. The five areas
reviewed are:-
1 - Presentation:
General condition of the greens, fairways, tees and bunkers.
Does a well struck putt run smoothly and are the greens consistent.
Are fairways well defined.
Is the course tee markers, ball washers and flags in good condition.
Do course improvements blend into the existing look.
2 - Design:
Variety of holes, uphill/downhill approaches.
Are greens different shapes and sizes.
Are the bunkers strategically placed.
Does the course demand use of all clubs in the bag.
Are good shots rewarded and is there a good mix of risks.
3 - Facilities:
Putting green,
Driving range,
Practice ground,
Trolley hire,
Buggy hire and are the facilities in good condition.
4 - Changing Rooms & Showers:
Does the club provide good facilities for freshening up after your round.
5 - Ambience:
Are the club staff helpful and friendly.
Was the whole experience value for money.
Were there good facilities for food and drink after the round.
